These terms govern your use of the intrada.media website and, together with each agency's services agreement, use of the Intrada platform — media planning, trading and billing software operated by Intrada Media (“Intrada”, “we”, “us”). By using the website or the platform you accept these terms. Contact: hello@intrada.media.
The intrada.media website describes the Intrada platform and lets you register interest in early access. Information on the website is general in nature, may change without notice, and does not form an offer capable of acceptance.
Submitting the register-interest form does not create an agreement or guarantee access to the platform. We handle the details you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.
Access to the Intrada platform is provided to agencies under a separate written services agreement, which prevails over these terms to the extent of any inconsistency. Platform users sign in with their Google or Microsoft 365 work account and must keep that account secure; you are responsible for activity under your sign-in. Access may be suspended for misuse, non-payment under the applicable services agreement, or risk to the security or integrity of the service.
Agencies retain all rights in the business data they enter into their Intrada instance. We process that data only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy and the applicable services agreement.
The Intrada platform, website, and the INTRADA name, logo and brand assets are the property of Intrada Media. Third-party names and logos shown on the website (accounting, identity, e-signature, messaging and media platforms) are the property of their respective owners and are used to indicate interoperability, not endorsement.
The website is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties in relation to the website. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act where they apply. Platform service levels, if any, are set out in the applicable services agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with the website is limited to AUD $100, and neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential loss. Liability in connection with the platform is governed by the applicable services agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
We may update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the website after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
