Intrada Media (“Intrada”, “we”, “us”) operates the Intrada platform — media planning, trading and billing software for media agencies — at intrada.media and on per-agency instances at <agency>.intrada.media. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions and requests: hello@intrada.media.
Intrada uses Google Sign-In to authenticate users. When you sign in with Google, we access your basic profile information only: your name, your email address, and your profile picture.
We use this information solely to: (a) authenticate you and maintain your signed-in session; (b) create and maintain your user account on your agency's Intrada instance; and (c) display your identity within the platform (for example, your name against timesheet entries and audit records).
We do not access your Gmail, Google Drive files, Google Contacts, Google Calendar, or any other Google user data through sign-in. We do not use Google user data for advertising, do not sell it, and do not share it with third parties except with subprocessors strictly as needed to operate the service (see section 5) or where required by law.
Intrada's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
You can revoke Intrada's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
Where your agency signs in with Microsoft 365 (Entra ID), we access the equivalent basic profile information — name, email address and profile photo — for the same purposes described in section 2, and nothing further. You can review and revoke access via your Microsoft account's app permissions or through your organisation's administrator.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Intrada runs on Google Cloud Platform, with data stored in Australia. Each agency runs a dedicated instance with its own database and file storage; data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Uploaded files are checked for malware before they are read.
We use a small set of subprocessors strictly to operate the service, each processing only the data needed for its function:
Agencies can also connect their own apps to their instance, such as Xero, Google Drive or ad platforms. Data passes to those services as the agency directs, under the agency's own agreements with them.
Demo request details are kept while we're in contact about your enquiry and deleted on request. For emissions measurement orders, the media plan file you upload and the details read from it are kept for three months after your order is completed or cancelled, then deleted automatically; unpaid drafts are deleted 14 days after you last save them. Your order record, report and payment records are kept to meet our business and tax obligations. Account profile information is kept while your account is active and removed when your agency's administrator deletes the account or the agency's instance is decommissioned, subject to legal retention obligations. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, contact hello@intrada.media.
The intrada.media website uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read and how many people request a demo. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them in the cookie banner. If you decline, no analytics cookies are set and Google Analytics receives only anonymous signals without cookies or identifiers. We don’t use advertising cookies, Google signals or advertising features, and we don’t use website data for advertising. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the website footer.
The Intrada platform uses strictly necessary session cookies to keep you signed in.
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes affecting platform users will also be notified in-product or by email.
